Ventura County Ranch
Ventura County Ranch is a fifteen acre avocado and citrus ranch located an hour north of Los Angeles in the Heritage Valley. The house and grounds were derelict when purchased, but since the house was so beautifully designed by the architect Chris Choate, a partner in Cliff May's office, and his son, the equally respected Peter Choate, Sarah and Robert could see the great potential.
The house and property has become a gathering place for friends and family from around the world, as well as the backdrop for an extensive contemporary art, and ceramics collection.
The property is a perfect creative hub, where Robert has his painting studio, and Sarah’s interior design firm is based.
